All garments are shipped with DHL. Kindly allow up to 15-20 days after purchase for delivery as all products are handmade-to-order. DHL delays are out of our control however, if such delays happen, we will ensure frequent updates are done. Please email us neesapparel@gmail.com to rectify all issues concerning your orders.  Note that we are not liable for any custom clearance fees and holding times of packages by customs in your country. DHL has end-to-end tracking. Do not reject a delivery due to custom fees, otherwise a return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping cost.

Personalized and intimate garment like swimsuits cannot be returned and will not be exchanged or refunded. Please ensure the right size is picked. To be eligible for a refund, show a picture proof with the issue pertaining to the garment. A full or partial refund may be  offered depending on the gravity of the issue. This is applicable for a duration of 5 days after receiving your order. E.g. Garments that have been worn will not attract a refund. You may receive a partial refund if the garment size is different from what was originally ordered. 

Kindly note that returns are at the full cost of the customer. 

At checkout, you will notice a shipping duration next to the shipping cost. Please mote that this is excluding the time required to make your garment. Allow at least 15 business days for production and shipping. This is important to note as all pieces are carefully crafted by hand.
